- Hour one — set up properly, including the privacy setting almost nobody finds, and a plain explanation of what these things actually are
- Hour two — your real job, done in front of you, with every decision explained. Then done badly on purpose, so you can see the difference
- Hour three — you drive. Hands on the keyboard, me sitting next to you. This is the hour that matters
- Hour four — your never-type list written together, and a one-page sheet you can follow on Monday without me
