Each month
- Questions answered by email or telephone as they come up, within a working day
- One short session — half an hour to an hour — on whatever has arisen
- A look at anything new that genuinely affects you, and silence about everything that does not
This is for the fortnight after a session, when you start using it on real work and hit the things no training anticipates. That is exactly when most people quietly give up, and it is the cheapest possible moment to stop them.
Stop whenever you like — there is nothing to cancel and nothing stops working. If you would rather pay month by month than in blocks of three, ring me and I will set that up instead.
